Israel entered Canaan by grace, so would we also enter heaven by grace

ISRAEL ENTERED THE LAND OF CANAAN BY GRACE
Do you know that it was not with the righteousness of the people of Israel that they crossed to the Jordan to inherit the land of Canaan. If it were to be their own righteousness the promises of God would have failed. Look at the scriptures for yourself.
Deuteronomy 9:1-6
9:1 Hear, O Israel: You are to pass over Jordan this day, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than yourself, cities great and fenced up to heaven,
9:2 A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom you know, and of whom you have heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!
9:3 Understand therefore this day, that the LORD your God is he which goes over before you; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shall you drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
9:4 Never say in your heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD has brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD does drive them out from before you.
9:5 Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, are you going to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD your God does drive them out from before you, and that he may perform the word which the LORD has sworn unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
9:6 Understand therefore, that the LORD your God gives you not this good land to possess because of your righteousness; for you are a stiff-necked people.
With these words of grace the people of Israel defeated the Anakims and other tribes and took their lands and several properties. This is what Joshua, their leader said after the conquest: “And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof”.
You see, all the promises of God came to pass by grace. For those of us in the New Testament our means of victory is not different. We are grace born (Ephesians 2:8) and by grace are we sustained(). If Gods promises are not getting fulfilled in your life, it is because you have fallen from grace, you are trusting in your righteousness. It is time to repent from your own righteousness and trust in his righteousness given to you as a gift. 2 Corinthians 5:21, for He made Him sin who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. This means He who has never sinned, Christ Jesus was treated (judged) as a sinner and we sinners are being treated (judged) as the righteous. That means even if you may not be good you have to accept that God treats you as the righteous.
Romans 5:17, they that receive [this] abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign (rule or win) in life by one Jesus Christ.
Paul Corinthians 5:21 we in 1 Corinthians 15:10 said, by the grace of God I am what I am.
Galatians 5:4, those who try to be justified by the law have fallen away from grace. In Acts 15 we saw how the Paul, Basabas and Peter tried to restore the preaching of the gospel by standing against all preachers of the law. In this verse they law of Moses was mentioned, however the Law of Moses is not different form ten commandment.
1 Kings 2:3    And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutesand his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimoniesas it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself.  That tells us that the Ten Commandment is included in the law of Moses. So if God want you to be under grace to bless you then he has to deliver you from all the laws and deal with you completely by grace. When God said He was going to take the children of Israel to the Land of Canaan by grace and not by their own righteousness, I believe He was saying something to this effect, that even if you are to serve other gods or doubt my power in taking you there (these are sins their fathers have already committed), I will still get you there. The preceding verses chapter 9 also gives us that hint.
ACTS 15:5, note: that this is the time Jesus the messiah had already resurrected and the gospel of the kingdom which is the gospel of grace was being preached in His name.
But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed (the gospel), saying, “that it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses” (this is not far different from what we hear preachers who believe in Jesus Christ as their savior preach today. You believe in Jesus as Lord and savior, but keep the commandment or die and go to hell; keep the commandment of God would not bless you). When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them (this means that if Paul was to hear you preach this he would have serious argument with you), they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question. And the apostles and elders came together to consider of this matter. And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke(the keeping of the law) upon the neck of the disciples(converts), which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them. And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world. Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath day. Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren: And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia: Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment: It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Basabas and Paul. Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth. For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; that ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the tell multitude together, they delivered the epistle: Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
2 then as workers together with Him beseech you that you receive not the grace of God vain

ABSTAINING FROM IDOLS, BLOOD, STRANGLED ANIMALS AND FORNICATION IS NOT BECAUSE GOD COUNT THEM AS SIN AGAINST US, NO, THE LAW WRITTEN ON STONES IS ALL ABOLISHED (2 CORINTHIANS 3). THE REASON FOR THIS ADVICE IS BECAUSE DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY NOT COUNTED AS SINS TO BEFORE GOD, THEY ARE WEIGHTS THAT WOULDN’T LET US WORK EFFECTIVELY AS SENT ONCE ON A MISSION TRIPS(HEBREWS 12:1; 1 CORINTHIANS 8)

Declare yourself just and walk in God’s blessing. The keeping of Gods commandment in the New Testament age is to undoubtedly know that you are not justified by law (your works) but by grace that is you faith in Christ as Lord and savior, the one who died and was raised to life to declare you just. Romans 4:25

Accepting Jesus as Lord and savior
Dear God, I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord.  He died and you raised Him back from the dead on the third day. He died with my sins and rose again to declare me righteous. I accept you son Jesus as my Lord and savior. I receive the Holy Ghost also. Now I am saved; I have eternal life. Amen.
